The treatment, clearly explained

A facial with a thoughtful sequence.

HydraFacial uses a device-led sequence to remove surface build-up, support pore cleansing and deliver hydrating solutions. The purpose is cosmetic skin refinement—not the diagnosis or treatment of a medical skin condition.

01Multi-step

Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration are combined in one visit.

02Adjustable

Intensity and optional steps are considered after reviewing your skin.

03Guided

You receive practical preparation and aftercare advice from the clinic team.

Your treatment journey

Four stages, one considered experience.

The exact sequence can vary according to your assessment and the clinic’s current treatment protocol.

01

Assess & Prepare

Discuss your skin concerns, recent treatments, sensitivities, current products and the result you would like to pursue.

02

Cleanse & Exfoliate

The skin is cleansed while the device and selected tip help lift surface debris and dead skin cells.

03

Extract & Hydrate

Controlled suction supports pore cleansing, followed by the delivery of hydrating treatment solutions.

04

Finish & Aftercare

Your provider completes the selected protocol and explains what to use, pause or avoid after your appointment.

Begin with your priority

Skin goals that may suit a consultation.

Suitability is individual. Active irritation, infection, open skin or another current concern may require postponement or a different approach.

01

Dehydrated-looking skin

For skin that appears dry, tired or in need of a hydration-focused refresh.

02

Surface congestion

For visible pore build-up where gentle device-assisted cleansing may be appropriate.

03

Dull appearance

For visitors seeking a smoother, more refreshed-looking skin surface.

04

Texture maintenance

For an occasional or planned facial within a broader, appropriate skincare routine.

FTV Clinic customisations

Personalised around your skin.

The current clinic menu presents four named customisation directions. Ask the team to confirm current ingredients, availability and suitability before treatment.

Before your appointment

Good treatment planning starts with what you share.

Tell the team about active skin concerns, allergies, prescription or strong topical products, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent injectables, peels, laser or energy-based treatments. Your provider can then decide whether to proceed, adjust or postpone.

Before you book

HydraFacial questions, thoughtfully answered.

What is a HydraFacial treatment?

It is a device-assisted cosmetic facial that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration. The selected protocol and any optional enhancement should be based on your skin assessment.

How long should I allow for the appointment?

FTV Clinic’s current core service is described as approximately 40 minutes. Consultation, boosters, masks or other optional steps can extend the appointment, so confirm your expected finish time when booking.

Can sensitive or acne-prone skin have HydraFacial?

Some protocols can be adjusted, but “sensitive” covers many different conditions. Active irritation, inflamed lesions, infection or impaired skin may require postponement or another plan. Assessment is important.

Can HydraFacial be combined with injectables, peels or laser?

Possibly, but sequence and timing depend on the procedure, products used and your skin. Tell the team about all recent or planned treatments and follow the treating clinician’s timing advice.

How often should I have HydraFacial?

There is no single schedule for everyone. Frequency depends on your skin, tolerance, goals, other treatments and home routine. The team can suggest an appropriate interval after reviewing these factors.

What response and recovery should I expect?

Many people return to usual activities, but temporary redness or sensitivity can occur. Visible response, comfort and duration vary between individuals, and no specific result can be promised.

Your next step

Begin with a skin conversation.

Message our English-speaking team to discuss your skin priorities, current products and a suitable appointment time.
