The idea, clearly explained

Not one treatment.
A considered plan.

Face sculpting is an umbrella term rather than a single procedure. Depending on your anatomy and priorities, a doctor may discuss muscle-relaxing injections, hyaluronic acid filler, a collagen-stimulating injectable, an atelocollagen or skin-quality approach—or no injectable treatment at all.

01Anatomy-led

Facial structure, movement, tissue quality and asymmetry are assessed together.

02Product-specific

The exact product, intended area, amount, reversibility and risks matter.

03Conservative

The aim is proportion and natural expression, not changing your identity.

Your consultation journey

Four stages, one measured experience.

The sequence and treatment choice depend on an in-person medical assessment and the specific products currently available.

01

Listen

Discuss the feature or expression that concerns you, previous treatment, health history and the change you hope to see.

02

Assess

The doctor reviews facial movement, symmetry, proportions, tissue support and skin condition from more than one angle.

03

Plan

Options, limits, product details, expected timing, alternatives, cost and relevant risks are explained before consent.

04

Review

Follow the aftercare plan and return at the advised interval before deciding whether adjustment is appropriate.

Begin with your priority

Different concerns need different thinking.

A face sculpting consultation separates muscle activity, volume, proportion and skin quality instead of treating every concern with the same product.

01

Expression lines

Movement-related forehead, frown or eye-area lines may lead to a discussion of an appropriate botulinum toxin product.

02

Facial proportion

Chin, cheek, lip or other volume-related goals may be assessed for a suitable HA filler or an alternative approach.

03

Lower-face contour

Jawline appearance can involve muscle, bone, fat, skin or several factors; the plan depends on which factor is dominant.

04

Skin quality

Texture, hydration, firmness or gradual support may prompt discussion of skin-quality injectables or non-injectable care.

Treatment families

Choose by purpose, not by trend.

These categories behave differently and are not interchangeable. Ask the doctor to identify the exact product, local authorisation, intended treatment area and patient information before proceeding.

01

Botulinum Toxin

Temporarily reduces selected muscle activity; brand, dose, area and medical suitability require doctor review.

02

HA Filler

Adds support or volume in selected areas. Product rheology, layer, amount and reversibility planning are important.

03

Biostimulator

A product-specific category used for gradual tissue response; onset, duration, dilution and risks vary.

04

Atelocollagen & Skin Quality

Formulation, source material, allergy considerations, intended layer and available evidence should be confirmed.

Product transparency

Know what is being recommended.

Brand origin alone does not determine the right choice. The doctor should explain why the exact product, formulation, amount and placement match the agreed goal.

Before any injection

Good planning includes risk and alternatives.

Tell the doctor about medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medicines and supplements, dental work, active infection or inflammation, previous injectables and any prior complication. Treatment may need adjustment or postponement.

Common short-term effects can include discomfort, swelling, redness or bruising. Product-specific complications may be uncommon but serious, so informed consent and a complication plan matter.

Before you book

Face sculpting questions, thoughtfully answered.

What does face sculpting mean?

It describes a personalised plan for facial proportion, expression, contour or skin quality. It is not one standard treatment and may involve an injectable, another modality or no procedure after assessment.

How does botulinum toxin differ from filler?

Botulinum toxin temporarily reduces activity in selected muscles. HA filler is a gel placed to add support or volume in an assessed area. They have different purposes, risks and aftercare.

How will the doctor choose a product?

The choice should consider the intended purpose, facial area, anatomy, product properties, local authorisation, evidence, allergies, previous treatments, reversibility and your preferences—not country of origin alone.

Will the result look natural?

The plan can be intentionally conservative, but no particular appearance can be guaranteed. Anatomy, product behaviour, dose, placement and individual response all influence the outcome.

How long will the effect last?

There is no universal duration. It varies by product, area, dose, treatment technique, metabolism and individual response. Ask for the patient information for the exact product recommended to you.

Can several injectable treatments be combined?

Sometimes, but the safety and sequence must be assessed for the specific products and areas. A staged plan may be more appropriate than treating every concern in one visit.

What should I do before the appointment?

Share your medical and injectable history, medications, allergies, recent illness, active skin concerns, dental plans and upcoming travel or events. Do not stop prescribed medicine unless the treating clinician advises it.
